Dear user,
This is to inform you that for the purposes of the provision of the Service, BettSistemi srl., with head office in Correggio, at Via della Costituzione, 55 - 42015 Correggio (RE), handles the data supplied by you, or however, obtained from you during the provision of the Service.
The proprietor of the data handled is BettSistemi srl., represented by its current legal representative.
The list of persons responsible for the handling of personal data and that of third parties receiving notifications is available from the BettSistemi srl offices.

The data handling is performed using procedures designed to protect the User's privacy and consists in the collection, registration, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, freezing, passing on, disclosure, deletion, destruction of the said data, including the combination of two or more of the aforesaid activities.

The data handling, in addition to the relating purposes, which are instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Service, will be carried out for the following purposes: 
a) collecting data and information in general and in particular regarding the orientation and preferences of the User; sending information and offers of a commercial nature, also from third parties; sending advertising and informative material; sending communications of a commercial nature, including therein interactive communications; carrying out direct sales activities or service or product placement activities; processing statistic research and studies on the sales, customers and other information, and possibly passing on the latter to third parties; assigning to third parties the data collected and processed for commercial purposes, even for its sale or attempted sale, even outside the territory of the European Union, i.e. for all legal purposes of a commercial and/or statistic nature;
b) passing on the data to Companies which perform functions strictly linked and instrumental to the provision of the Service and/or which manage credit-rating data bases which are also accessible to third party firms;
c) transferring the data to connected companies, subsidiaries and/or companies which perform functions strictly linked and instrumental to the provision of the Service, even outside the territory of the European Union.

The User's granting of permission to handle his/her personal data is optional. In the event of refusal to allow the handling of personal data as per point a) the handling shall be limited to the execution in full of the obligations originating from the provision of the service, in addition to the fulfilment of the obligations provided for by community laws, regulations and rules. In the event of refusal to allow the handling of the personal data as per points b) and c), the Company cannot provide the Service.

The handling of the User's data for the purposes indicated above shall be effected predominantly with automatic and computerised means, in compliance with the regulations on privacy and security provided for by law. The data will be stored for the terms stipulated by law in servers owned by Studio Net.Idea (Correggio) and handled by employees and/or professionals appointed by the latter, who shall perform the aforesaid activities under the direct supervision and responsibility of the latter. To this end, the data supplied by the User may be passed on to external third parties, even Abroad, which perform functions strictly linked and instrumental to the effectiveness of the Service.

Furthermore, please note that, in compliance with art. 7 of legislative decree n° 196, dated 30th June 2003, the Client has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the handling, in whole or in part, and may, according to procedures and within the limits provided by the current regulations, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/herself, and obtain information on its origin, have said data passed on in intelligible form, and receive information on the logic, methods and purposes of the handling, request said data is updated, corrected, added to, deleted, rendered anonymous, frozen if constituting a breach, including therein data which is no longer necessary to the pursuit of the goals for which it was collected, and, more generally, to exercise all the rights to which he/her is entitled by the legal dispositions in force.
